2. Use of the Website
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 License
Midust Touch Cleaning Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
2.3 Restrictions
You are expressly prohibited from:

Selling, renting, or sub-licensing material from the website
Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material from the website

3. Services
3.1 Booking and Payment
To book our cleaning services, you must provide accurate and complete information. Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms provided on the website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. Payment is due on the day of the scheduled appointment. Our company requires full and complete payment before starting any cleaning service that we offer. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery). We currently do not accept checks or money orders. We securely store a card on file to guarantee service. On the day of your scheduled service, we will process the payment using the card on file to confirm and secure the transaction prior to our arrival. This system provides our company security, better scheduling and planning, and reduces the risk of non-payment.
3.2 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of services must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent lost wages for our cleaning professionals.
If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the team is turned away or unable to enter the home, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
If a cleaning is rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, a 25% fee based on the quoted service price will be charged.
Please ensure that water and electricity are available for the cleaning. If these are not provided, our cancellation policy will apply. Note that top bunk beds will not be changed or made, but bottom bunk beds are accessible for cleaning. Teams will not exceed the reach of a 2-3 step ladder.
In the rare event that Midust Touch Cleaning Services must cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the next cleaning will be provided at half price. If we need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $25 credit will be applied to your next cleaning. If the client declines our offer to reschedule, no credit will be granted. Midust Touch Cleaning Services reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule due to inclement weather. The safety of our team members is a priority.
Please note that the 48-hour notice and $25 credit do not apply in cases of weather-related changes.
3.3 Service Quality
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. We put priorities in the satisfaction of our company’s standards, ensuring that each cleaning service corresponds to our strict quality control. Although customer opinions are important to us, we strive to support our internal control indicators for the best experience in order to provide reliable and in -depth decisions for cleaning.
3.4 What We Don’t Provide
Hazardous or biohazardous materials: We don’t handle mold, asbestos, body fluids, etc. as they require special cleaning and safety procedures.
Pest control: We do not provide pest or rodent control services.
Personal Valuables and Special Items: We do not clean or handle personal valuables, antiques, or artwork that require special care.
Cluttered Homes: We do not handle clutter removal for homes that require extensive sorting or disposal.
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: This is not included in our standard, deep, nor customized cleaning service.
Hard to Reach Areas: We do not service very high areas or areas that are not accessible.
Organizational services: We do not provide the organization of personal goods or items if they are not requested as an additional service.
Our cleaning company does not service basements, attics, dens, or garages that do not have accessible openings. These areas often present challenges due to limited accessibility, clutter, and environmental conditions.

4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Using the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfering with or disrupting the website or servers or networks connected to the website
Transmitting any viruses, worms, or other harmful code
4.2 User Content
If you submit any content to the website, you grant Midust Touch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
